Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Excellent collars, second time, cat one lost. For almost a year, the winter one hour just charge, and can be longer.
Collars is fully operational. Have three modes of light. The downside is that ordered for подростающих kittens, the smallest size, but come standard size. Cats Are not appreciated, and equipped with, just sneak through the collar.

подошел для той терьера стандарт, только затянул его по максимуму
Задумка клёвая, исполнение китайское в не самом лучшем смысле. Пришлось дорабатывать напильником. По виду и внутреннему ощущению не уверен, что эта игрушка долго прослужит. Размер S для Йорка 5.5кг оказался велик, пришлось укорачивать. Если руки из норм места, то конструктивно не проблема. Внутри светится мягкий светопроводящий пластик, который можно обрезать по размеру. Сам блок с аккумом и диодом абсолютно не герметичен с 1мм щелью по периметру. В остальном, доставка быстрая, всё без проблем. Всем удачи!
